What We Do

Our Leadership Team
Rebecca’s role is pivotal in advancing Synergen’s employee relationships and aligning HR initiatives with the overall mission. Her expertise spans various sectors, including a restaurant franchise, air medical aviation, and a leading payroll and HR services provider. Rebecca finds the most rewarding aspect of her role in positively impacting employees’ lives. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana Tech University and is SHRM-CP certified. Outside work, she’s happily married with two daughters and adds her self-described “certified Cajun” flavor to everything she does.
Ryan states, “We must be committed to internal excellence in order to yield exceptional external results.” This unique perspective is gained from his eight years in operations which allows him to connect with employees and build trust. Prior to Synergen, he served as a Production Operator and Senior Safety Specialist in the Oil and Gas Industry. Ryan holds several key certifications, including Specialist in Safety & Health, Well-Control, DOT Compliance, Behavioral Justification RCA, and HAZWOPER Technician. At Synergen, he values the company’s unwavering commitment to integrity, placing it above all else, regardless of the time or place.
Beyond his professional expertise, Chris values the most rewarding aspects of his work—the people served and the camaraderie with colleagues. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities with his family, including lake outings, hunting, hiking, cycling, and snow skiing. Chris is a family man, married to Nycol since 2007, with two children, Landry and Grayson, and a beloved golden retriever/poodle mix named Maggie. A unique aspect is the family’s annual visit to Durango, Colorado, reflecting their shared love for this picturesque destination.
In 2012, Matt heeded his mentors’ advice and co-founded Hydroline with Clay Carlisle. For over a decade, the company has grown exponentially and expanded its suite of services to impact even more of the energy industry. Matt’s passion for learning, technology, and growth leads him as he inspires his team. “We’re all here to build something bigger than ourselves,” Matt said. “That’s why we’re investing in new technology, building our team, and living out our values every day, both in the office and out in the field.”
“At Hydroline, people get excited about coming in to work,” Matthew said. “That’s what inspires me to be a better servant leader to this team. We’ve grown so much and served so many, and we’re just getting started.”
